Company History
Rathlin was founded in 1996 and our high-quality reputation was established with selected Insurance companies as a General Contractor to handle emergency fire and water damage claims. After 14 years of growing the business and the successful completion of numerous certification and qualification courses, our business expanded to focus on mould, asbestos and other highly complex remediation services. Currently Rathlin Contracting has 40 full-time employees and approximately 10 part-time staff, and we have successfully completed over 500 projects in 2009.

Mould Remediation
All Rathlin employees are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in mould removal (applied microbial remediation). We work closely with Environmental Engineers to determine the extent of the mould infiltration and establish and maintain the highest level of remediation procedures, by following all IICRC and EACO standards. Rathlin has the expertise and the experience to contain and remove mould in even the most complex and large-scale projects, and you have the assurance that the scope of work will be properly addressed and resolved.
